SMTP Server is set to, SMTP Authentication = on, Reception protocol = SMTP, Delivery Option = Not Exist (not sure what this is), Administrator's Email Address = the gmail account in question, Email communication port SMTP = 465 (tried 587 as well), Default username/password Send = left blank I'm not using SMB, FTP, or the other one that starts with N. I'm not sure what all else would need to be setup to make this happen I don't see why it would be that difficult to have the copier send a scanned document to an email address. It's network settings are correct because I can ping a google IP address and connect to gmail's smtp server, but when I go to scan to this email address it says: "Authentication with the destination has failed. Trying to get this old Ricoh copier to scan to a specific gmail account.
